Maximalism may be having its moment again, but J.J. Martin, founder of La DoubleJ, has been vibrating on that frequency for a decade. Now, as the fashion and homeware brand marks its 10th anniversary, she's celebrating the milestone with a new kind of headquarters in Milan that's vibrant, vivid, and whimsical. Named the 'Starquarters,' the kaleidoscopic five-storey structure is part office, part showroom and part spiritual sanctuary, flipping the idea of a traditional corporate HQ on its candy-coloured head.
