Drink up-if you dare. There's something for every ghoul and goblin in this batch of potent potions and swirling elixirs.
-
DRAGON FRUIT PUNCH
Pair dragon fruit—the pink, mildly sweet flesh of the funky tropical fruit—with mini dragon egg-size scoops of melon sorbet and effervescent Prosecco.
POISON APPLE SOUR
This cocktail is loosely based on a classic sour ratio (two parts spirit, one part sour, one part sweet): vodka meets sour apple schnapps and hard apple cider for sweetness. Pour a bit of grenadine over a bar spoon to create the layered look.
CRANBERRY ZOMBIE MOCKTAILS
A homemade cranberry syrup cuts the sweetness—and makes it look like Dracula just took a sip—in this icy blender bev of orange, pineapple, and lime juices. (For a boozy rendition, add a shot of white rum.)
MAGIC MATCHA BOBA LATTES
Tint homemade simple syrup with butterfly pea flower powder, then layer the indigo syrup with milk, boba pearls, and a green matcha tea float.
Cowboy Skillet Cookie The cookie dough will be stiff and slightly crumbly thanks to all of the mix-ins.

1¾ cups regular rolled oats
¾ cup sweetened flaked coconut
½ cup coarsely chopped pecans
Sea salt flakes

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. For brown butter, in a medium skillet heat butter over medium-low until melted. Simmer, stirring or swirling the skillet occasionally, until butter turns golden brown and smells nutty, about 5 minutes. Transfer butter to a large bowl; cool slightly.
