It’s no secret Ruth Langsford has had a tough year. After publicly announcing her shock split from Eamonn Holmes in May, following 14 years of marriage, she took an extended break from the spotlight. But since her return, Ruth has been praised by famous friends for the elegant way she’s coped with the break-up.
Fellow Loose Woman, Coleen Nolan, told Woman, ‘I’ve never met anyone that has handled something with so much dignity and pride. She’s just such a lady.’
Now the Ruth we all love is back, and, in the throes of divorce, seems more determined than ever to get her health and figure in peak condition.
Not only is she prepping healthy meals and juices for her long work days, she’s been sharing her journey with fans, too. As well as her favourite breakfast of eggs, ham and tomatoes, she also posted her new home-made start to the day dish – consisting of coconut yogurt, mango, raspberries, banana and sunflower seeds – on Instagram.
Here, Ruth reveals the steps she’s taking to achieve a healthy mind and body as she embraces a new chapter.
