The crisis is looming large all across the world.
Covid pandemic problems in China, Russia Ukraine war, Iran turmoil, rising energy prices, crisis in Europe, regular shoot-out problems in America, to cap it all unprecedented social, economic, geopolitical disruptions all across all over. World is on the verge of brinkmanship. Along with this poverty, starvation in Africa, mental health issues, North Korean weapon threat issues, Israel- Palestinian conflict, global terrorism, world is fast moving towards catastrophe. The need of the hour is Global Peace. Global peace will not suddenly fall from the sky. It has to come from every individual and every nation. Mental peace creates quality mind and prolife decisions. Over a period of time, after many many advanced experiments and research, now it is firmly established that Yoga can bring peace into the humanity. If you practise yoga regularly the pain and instability of the body and ignorance and depression of the mind will automatically disappear.
The gradual transformation that takes place by regular yoga practise is so helpful in restoring the order and balance of mind. Its vibrations can heal the mental wounds and the physical disabilities.
