Provisur offers separation systems highlighting versatility, innovation, and sustainability.
-

SEPARATION machines from Provisur are designed to increase yield by recovering maximum proteins from bones, pork, poultry and red meat. The company offers industry-leading technologies in its STS (soft tissue separation) portfolio and is the only supplier to offer customers all three separation processes – rotary, belt and press technology. Processors can choose equipment in line with their exact requirements in recovering meat, poultry, and fish cost-efficiently.
More raw material, more profit: The Bone Cannon® HS250 MAX
The Bone Cannon HS250 MAX has undergone a complete redesign to make it efficient and sustainable. The brand-new design was showcased at IFFA 2025 and is already in operation at a major European processor.
As bones retain valuable amounts of meat even after trimming, the Bone Cannon HS250 MAX separates this meat from the bones, ensuring that producers get the highest possible return on their raw material investment. The machine creates the necessary hard pressure for extracting more proteins. Improved meat recovery directly reduces protein loss to waste streams, and allows manufacturers to meet demands for affordable proteins in applications such as meatballs, sausages and similar products.
The redesigned Bone Cannon® minimizes water usage, pushing consumption to an absolute minimum. Its new motor cuts energy demand from approximately 100 kWh to just 26 kWh–delivering major efficiency gains. Noise emissions have been noticeably reduced, and the maintenance concept has been improved to make it more user-friendly.

Human milk probiotics A natural innovation shaping maternal and infant health
IN THE nutrition space, few windows are as critical as the first 1,000 days of life. From conception to age two, 80% of a child's brain develops, shaping sensory systems, memory, and learning capacity. The gut and immune system mature rapidly, transitioning from a protected womb environment to one exposed to external challenges. It's a period where nutrition can influence lifelong health outcomes, including susceptibility to chronic diseases, cognitive performance, and emotional resilience.
