Louis Vuitton continues its exploration of olfactory artistry with Fantasmagory, the latest addition to its Les Extraits Collection—a line that has redefined the boundaries of perfume since its debut in 2021.

Brought to life by master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud and visionary architect Frank Gehry, the series celebrates the union of scent and sculpture, merging two creative disciplines into a singular expression of beauty and innovation.

Inspired by 18th-century “phantasmagoria” light shows that blurred the line between dream and illusion, the fragrance plays with the idea of transformation through radiance. At its heart lies tahitensis vanilla from Papua New Guinea, prized for its soft, sunlit quality. The pods are cryogenically frozen before CO₂ extraction, a meticulous process that preserves their purity and depth, allowing the scent to glide over the skin like silk.
