From what motivated him on this journey, the roadblocks he faced to sharing his achievements and vision, in this interaction he shares how Lovely Group became a brand that’s synonymous to trust in the region and what’s in store for the future.

What makes Lovely Group different from other brands in the industry?

Usually, every player in the industry focuses on one theme. If there's someone who takes up building of residential flats, that's the only censure of his project. Likewise, there are assignments initiated for commercial construction. But, today, Lovely Group is bringing a township that has everything. It's a 150-acre project that has commercial shops, showrooms, residential plots, villas, 2BHK and 3BHK flats as well. There is also industrial plotting. Anyone who is thinking of buying a property for any purpose, we can meet his demands. Our USP is quality, we spend money on good infrastructure, believe in using the best material which lasts, thus providing our clients with a high-end real estate experience. How did you think of becoming an entrepreneur?

There was no thinking or planning involved in my decision to get into this business. It stems from pure interest. There was a time in my life when we as a family felt the need for having our own house. We lived in a small house in my growing up days. So, what it means to build a home, living that dream, I know. I am also aware of the struggles involved for a middle-class man. And therefore, I joined this profession to be able to help others realise that most important dream of creating a safe space they can call home.
