What does success mean to you?

"To me, success isn't about career milestones or accumulating wealth. It's about making a difference—no matter how small—that contributes to the greater good. If we focused on this, we would create a world that's more compassionate and connected. For businesses, true performance comes from engaging with people—not just as employees or customers, but as human beings. We need to shift from individualism to cooperation and focus on nurturing soft skills over hard competition. I agree with Dutch economist Lans Bovenberg's perspective that the economy should be about cooperation, with love at its core."
