When one hops off the escalator on the fifth storey of Ngee Ann City Podium, head a little deeper in towards Avenue Medical and its new oasis of calm. Formerly known as Avenue + Co, one would not be faulted for saying its new look is minimal. Radical lines of symmetry and geometry, soft proportions - starting from its pebble-like cushions in the reception room, complement the systematic use of concrete, glass and wood.
