Former Coventry City footballer turned influencer and endurance athlete Ashley Cain risks life and limb for his new series as he immerses himself in some of the world’s most dangerous cities.

In BBC3’s Ashley Cain: Into the Danger Zone, he will meet everyone from mercenaries in Marseilles to gang members in a Philippine prison and South African poachers in a bid to explore the lives of young men born into these lawless environments.
