Male sperm counts in the West have fallen by an alarming 59% in the past 40 years and, if the trend continues, it’s estimated that every man could be infertile by the year 2045.

‘Our swimmers are dying,’ warns men’s health specialist Dr Anand Patel, who hosts one-off C4 documentary Celebrity Save Our Sperm, which looks at possible solutions to the problem. ‘What we do, wear, eat and the air we breathe, are all killing our sperm.’
