TV&Satellite Week is on set to watch filming for compelling BBC1 drama This City Is Ours, which centres on gang boss Ronnie Phelan (Sean Bean) and his close-knit band of associates, who are involved with organised crime in Merseyside and run a lucrative operation shipping in drugs from Colombia.

Ronnie is now contemplating a happy retirement with wife Elaine (Julie Graham). But matters take an unsettling turn when the gang renegotiates its arrangement with the Colombians to make more money. After a shipment of cocaine then goes missing, Ronnie starts to suspect that skulduggery is afoot within his ranks...
