When we last saw the crew of the Kinloch Bravo oil rig, they were being airlifted to safety, having survived a devastating tsunami caused by a mysterious life force they named the Ancestor.

However, it seems that Magnus, Fulmer and Rose won't be jetting home to their loved ones just yet - as they discover that the giant wave also wiped out much of the Scottish coastline and their rescue helicopter is taking them to a secret offshore facility deep in the Arctic Circle.
