A Riveting and Scary Read!

The book is of Walter’s life and the troubles that taunt him often since the time he left studying. The book is a reflection of the inhuman nature of the Nazis and the mass murder of Jews. The book also showcases some people who have shown their ugly colors to survive under Nazi rule.

There are some places in the book explained were human Jews were cheated and manipulated by the SS people as they promised once the war situation subsides they will be sent back to their homes. And for their safety and security their money, jewels, and valuables have been saved. But, the Jews were sent to gas chambers and mass graves were their final homes.

Journalist and broadcaster Jonathan Freedland is a weekly columnist for the Guardian, where he edits the paper’s op-ed pages and chairs its Editorial Board.
