Priyanka Chopra Jonas never lets an early work day get in the way of a family tradition: “Sunday- morning snuggles in bed have to happen,” she says. A little later on a Sunday, the actress, 42, is chatting with People about starring as a kickass MI6 agent opposite John Cena and Idris Elba in the action-comedy Heads of State (streaming now on Prime Video).

“We got 'em in,” she says of cuddling with her husband, singer-actor Nick Jonas, and their daughter Malti Marie, 3. The Indian-born former Miss World—who broke out in the U.S. in 2015 on ABC’s FBI series Quantico—shares more about her life as a mom and movie star.
