Jason Kelce: Finding Fun Off the Field

Jason Kelce misses one thing most about his football career since retiring from the NFL in March 2024: “Being around the players … shooting the crap with the boys,” says the former Philadelphia Eagles center.

imageLuckily his new comedy-sports show They Call It Late Night With Jason Kelce (airing Saturdays in January at 1 a.m. on ESPN) will aim to fill that void.

image“It’s a place where we’re going to have some fun and talk about a sport that we all love and a culture that is near and dear to all of us,” says Jason, 37, who also serves as an ESPN analyst and hosts his popular Wondery podcast New Heights with brother Travis Kelce. Like in the locker room, cursing is allowed—within reason. “F-bombs were the one thing that I was told, ‘You might want to be a little bit cautious there,’ ” he adds.
