After more than 15 years as a successful dermatologist, Sandra Lee — the star of TLC’s hit series Dr. Pimple Popper — has pretty much seen it all. “Once, a woman who trained cadaver dogs had liposuction, and she asked if she could take the discarded fat home to help train her dogs to search and find dead bodies. Is that weird enough?” asks the in-demand derm, who began posting videos of skin extractions on YouTube back in 2010 and later on Instagram before landing her own show. She’s also gotten up-close-and-personal with enough Alisters to weigh in on who has the most flawless complexion in Hollywood. “People like Eva Mendes, Salma Hayek and Halle Berry have gorgeous skin,” raves Sandra. Here, the 52-year-old reality star (and mom of two teen boys with husband Dr. Jeffrey Rebish) talks to In Touch’s Natalie Posner about famous popaholics, bad plastic surgery and her best tips for fighting acne.
