"You have to have the right music," the chef tells Us. What's his go-to playlist? "I love the classics. Nineties hip-hop and R&B, sprinkle some '80s in there, some '70s soul. It's an eclectic mix for me. You may hear Lauryn Hill, Steely Dan, Kendrick Lamar and Drake. It's a little bit of everything."
