CONVICTED rapist Danny Masterson has been excommunicated by the Church of Scientology because the religion’s rattled bigwigs are desperately trying to distance themselves from the That ’70s Show sex creep, sources tell The National ENQUIRER

Less than two months after Masterson, 47, was socked with 30 years to life in prison for brutalizing former female Scientologists in California two decades ago, he was branded a Suppressive Person — or SP — by the church he’d joined during childhood, spies squeal. 

“A Suppressive Person is the most serious label you can receive as you are now deemed an enemy of the church,” reveals Steven Mango, a prominent former Scientologist.

“It’s the scarlet letter of Scientology, and you are kicked out. An SP is someone who the church believes is harmful to the organization or its members.”

Moles blab that means Masterson will now be shunned by friends and relatives who remain loyal to Scientology — including his estranged wife, actress Bijou Phillips, 43, who filed to end their 11-year marriage in September.
