DETROIT cop Matthew Jackson put a shocking new spin on the term "legal briefs" when he appeared for a virtual court hearing wearing the top of his uniform ― and only his skivvies below.

Jackson probably thought he was undie-cover and out of the camera's range for the Oct. 27 virtual hearing, but when Judge Sean Perkins was alerted that the officer was out of uniform - to say the least he hit him with: "You got some pants on, officer?"
