The newly married singer talks love, music and feeling grounded

This is Demi Lovato's year - both personally and professionally. Happily married to fellow musician Jordan “Jutes” Lutes, 34, since May, she's releasing her new album, It's Not That Deep - a collection of upbeat pop songs with a title that reflects her current state of mind.

“It really came from me not taking myself too seriously,” she explains. “It’s where I am in my life right now.”

In the past, Demi has been candid about her mental health struggles - including eating disorders and substance abuse - but today finds herself in a really stable place.

“I'm feeling great,” the 33-year-old shares. I'm feeling grateful. I'm excited for what the future holds.”
