SOON TO WELCOME A NEW BABY INTO THE FAMILY JOE WICKS ON PLANS FOR AN EVEN BIGGER BROOD AND KEEPING KIDS HAPPY AND HEALTHY

If anything makes Joe Wicks happy, it’s spending time with his wife Rosie and their three children. And while The Body Coach’s life is often a whirlwind as he educates the nation about health and fitness, his loved ones bring him back down to earth.

“Nothing brings me more joy than being with my family,” Joe tells hello!. “At the weekends I love to turn my phone off and go camping, or just spend time at home playing games with the kids. Just being outdoors in nature will always bring me a lot of joy, because I’m moving at 100 miles an hour and to disconnect is really powerful for me and calms me down.”

Joe’s family is going to become even bigger: he and Rosie, who are already parents to daughters Indie, five, and 18-month-old Leni, and son Marley, four, are looking forward to welcoming their fourth child in June. And they don’t plan to stop there.
