PUSHING THE BOAT OUT FOR HER LITTLE BOY PARIS HILTON THROWS A LAVISH SEA-THEMED PARTY AS PHOENIX TURNS ONE

As one of America’s biggest pop culture icons, it may come as no surprise to learn that Paris Hilton pulled out all the stops for her son Phoenix’s milestone first birthday.

In honour of the special occasion, the TV personality, who welcomed her first child with husband Carter Reum via a surrogate, threw a starstudded Sliving Under the Sea-themed birthday bash with all the trimmings you’d expect.

“Sliving” is a portmanteau word coined by Paris, meaning: “slaying and living your best life”.

“Under the Sea” is a nod to the 2023 Disney film The Little Mermaid, and in keeping with the mermaidcore trend there were balloon displays inspired by the tropical ocean. An impressive blue balloon arch was flanked by giant coral seahorses, while there were also oversized inflatables of pearlescent bubbles and tentacle-like seaweed.

Paris, 42, also bedecked her sprawling back garden with pearl-studded clams, multicolored fish, mermaid statues and a larger-than life whale balloon.
