Giovanna Fletcher on teaching her children to appreciate their presents

It's been quite the year for Giovanna Fletcher. Not only has she hosted guests including Keira Knightley and Davina McCall on her hit podcast, but her husband, Tom Fletcher, has also won rave reviews for his work on the score of Paddington the Musical. The show has already proved to be a sellout success - and Giovanna reveals that it moved her to tears.

“I cried straight away,” she tells HELLO! in this exclusive interview. “It’s beautiful, and the theatre magic melts your heart. Tom has worked so hard on this project, and it’s a testament to the brilliance of the show that when you're watching, you're only thinking about Paddington and his story.”

On the night of the premiere, Tom told us how much it meant to him to see his efforts come to fruition, saying: “I’m feeling very excited, a little bit nervous, but just so proud to have played a part in this amazing show.”

The McFly singer had already received the royal seal of approval when he introduced Paddington to the Prince and Princess of Wales at the Royal Variety Performance in November.
