JUST hours after Dynasty diva Joan Collins was airlifted to a Monaco medical center in hellish agony caused by a pinched nerve in her leg, the 89-year-old TV vamp was on her yacht partying like there's no tomorrow!

And Joan may be rightly worried friends fear her tomorrows are severely limited, no matter how tough she is!

"She's only ten months off 90 but acts like a thirtysomething and it's starting to catch up with her," spills an insider. "Joan's got the heart of a lioness, but all the globetrotting and eating out night after night in fancy restaurants is too much.
