At the heart of Saudi Arabia's transformation under Vision 2030 lies a vital mission: Developing a skilled national workforce capable of driving the Kingdom’s construction and industrial ambitions.

Leading this effort is the Maharat Construction Training Centre (MCTC), a not-for-profit institution redefining workforce development through innovative training and industry collaboration.

With a vision “to be the leading provider of innovative and relevant training that develops the construction workforce of Saudi Arabia”, Maharat serves as a model of how vocational education can directly support national priorities.

Backed by the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC), Saudi Aramco, and the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), Maharat aligns every programme with real market needs in construction and energy.

Maharat’s programmes are designed to meet the rigorous standards of the construction sector.
