How Onix is Making AI Accessible to All Business Teams

NIRAJ KUMAR CTO, Onix

With almost two decades of experience in IT and cloud technology, what do you believe are the key factors that drive successful digital transformation for large enterprises? Digital transformation is essential for large enterprises, but it is a complex journey that requires strategic planning and execution.

ENTERPRISES MUST REIMAGINE THEIR DATA PLATFORMS BY ADOPTING A DATA-AS-A-PRODUCT APPROACH-TREATING DATA AS A CORE BUSINESS ASSET-COMPLETE, CLEAN, AND CONTEXTUALLY ENRICHED-READY TO DRIVE VALUE.

Drawing from my two decades of experience in IT and cloud technologies, here are the key factors that I believe drive successful digital transformation:

Strong Data and AI Foundation: A robust data and AI foundation is fundamental to digital transformation. It begins with understanding an enterprise's data landscape-its lineage, completeness, and relevance-and then modernizing this data to make it actionable and secure. Cloud infrastructure provides scalability and cost-efficiency, while AI unlocks predictive insights and operational efficiencies. At Onix, we leverage AI systems like our Phoenix engine

to integrate contextual data from logs, codes, and business processes, ensuring that transformation is seamless and ethical while driving measurable outcomes.

Context of Data Assets: Data, in all its forms-structured, unstructured, historical, and real-time-holds immense potential. The value of data lies not only in its availability but in its context and relationships. At Onix, we use tools like Eagle and Phoenix to build comprehensive knowledge graphs that map dependencies and usage patterns, transforming raw data into strategic assets that drive innovation and competitive advantage.
