Adrift Kaya at JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity is a modern Japanese restaurant by Michelin star awarded Chef, David Myers, designed by British Designer Timothy Oulton.
During my stay at the hotel, I was invited for dinner there and since Japanese cuisine is one of my favourites, I readily agreed. The contemporary décor and vibrancy of the ambience reminded me of an authenticizakaya restaurant which I have often visited during my trips to Japan.
