Could you give us an overview of CYIENT DLM and the key sectors and services it specialises in?

CYIENT DLM is a design-led electronics manufacturing services organisation focused on low-to-medium volume, high-complexity, and mission-critical electronic systems. Our core strength lies in supporting customers operating in highly regulated sectors such as aerospace and defence, industrial automation, medical electronics, and automotive.

We operate advanced EMS facilities in Hyderabad and Mysuru, a high-precision mechanical manufacturing facility in Bengaluru, and an EMS facility in Connecticut, USA. This global footprint enables us to deliver consistent quality, traceability, and reliability while serving customers across international markets.

As CEO and MD, how are you leveraging smart manufacturing and digital factory technologies to improve productivity and cost efficiency?

Manufacturing execution systems (MES) form the backbone of our digital factory strategy. MES connects enterprise-level planning with real-time shop-floor execution, providing end-to-end visibility across production, quality, and traceability—from raw materials to finished goods.
