Drive a Million Miles Guy Newmark got his 1964 Porsche 356C in the Sixties, named it Blu, and drove the bleep out of it. Along the way, he formulated a dream to reach a million miles.

In 2016, the California yacht broker threw a party for his car, rolling up to a brewery to celebrate with friends right when the odometer flipped to a million. Prost! The million-mile Porsche is still on the road.

ONE PART VODKA, one part Red Bull, and—to ensure a violent hangover—one part champagne. In 2010, this was Formula 1 champ Kimi Räikkönen's signature cocktail. How do I know? He told me as he handed me one and watched me down it.

That year the World Rally Championship saw two notable unconventional drivers compete. The first was Kimi, on paid leave from Ferrari F1. The other was Ken Block, who, at the time, was best known for the first few Gymkhana videos. I was running marketing and creative for Ken's rally team. The two bonded as the outliers in the WRC, and Kimi and his media crew became our buds.
