Citroen and Vauxhall models hit by latest Stellantis recall

IT'S gone from bad to worse for Stellantis, because Citroen and Vauxhall have now recalled even more cars – this time, brand-new ones – for manufacturing defects. The new campaign comes at a time when the preexisting Takata airbag recall for older models has been expanded, on top of another recent recall over the risk of engine fires.

For this latest action, the main cars concerned are right-hand-drive versions of the Citroen C3, as well as the larger Citroen C3 Aircross. Also affected is the Vauxhall Frontera, although UK deliveries of the electric and hybrid SUV are yet to begin.
