Natural light and ventilation are maximised to cut down on artificial energy needs, while water and energy-saving systems are integrated into the planning. Just as importantly, we design for long-term durability, spaces that don't need constant renovation or replacement, which is one of the most sustainable design decisions you can make," she avers.
