After a tense reunion, the ‘selfish’ Sussexes stand firm in an act of defiance

They say a picture can tell a thousand words – and in the case of this image of the Sussexes and Cambridges reuniting at Westminster Abbey last week, the old adage is correct.

Prince William and Duchess Kate, despite their professionalism, appear ready to boil with rage. The Queen is pretty stone-faced herself, while Prince Harry at least had the foresight to appear stoic and serious.

But amongst it all, dressed in an Emilia Wickstead ensemble, Meghan, 38, dazzled with her trademark Hollywood smile, looking happy as a clam that the Commonwealth Day service was her and her husband’s last event as official royals.
