You Can Still Sign Up For The Hail Hail Trail
Celtic View
|Vol 54 Issue 38
THE 2019 Hail Hail Trail has kicked off and Celtic supporters across the globe have begun clocking up the miles in support of our dementia care projects. And there is still time to sign up, no matter where you are in the world.
-

The Hail Hail Trail is a virtual walking challenge in which participants are tasked with walking 130 miles over the course of six weeks. It will celebrate the club’s most famous achievement, when 11 Bhoys, born within 30 miles of Celtic Park, triumphed in the 1967 European Cup final.
The virtual walk will begin at the birthplace of Ronnie Simpson and will continue through each birthplace of the starting XI in Lisbon, ending in Burnbank, where Jock Stein was born.
Averaging at just over three miles per day, participants can clock up their mileage on the go, using their phones or trackers to capture progress along the way. How and where you wish to walk your 130 miles is completely up to you.
One of those who has already signed up is California-based Hoops fan, Caroline Burns.
