1. Enforcing sleep and other routines

Babies take a significant amount of time settling into sleeping patterns, and this can easily take its toll on the mothers; especially first-time mums. It can be overwhelming for new parents to adjust to new patterns when a baby arrives and when both parents have jobs to attend to, there is often a limit on the time a new mother spends with a baby before returning to work; placing a time limit on developing healthy routines and sleeping patterns for the child.
