Ace Segun Leads Way For Sarries Super Kids

Rampant Rotimi Segun showed just why Sarries believe he is a wing wizard in the making as the former England junior raced over for a try double at the Ricoh Arena.

Segun, 22, who represented his country at U18 and U20 level before leaving Northampton for Allianz Park, stole the spotlight on a sunny Coventry afternoon when so many aspiring youngsters were given the chance by both clubs to impress.

Sarries proved too strong for their rivals, running in six tries and Academy coach Adam Powell enthused: “Rotimi took his tries well and had an excellent performance. But I was pleased with all the young lads who grabbed their chances to prove they deserve to wear the jersey. It was a good work out and it’s nice to start a new season on a very positive note.”
