Embraer's deliveries up by 38 per cent

Embraer declared that its Legacy 450 mid-light business jet has completed its maiden voyage to Hawaii, from California, a development the company called a historic moment. Moreover, the rise in deliveries has helped 2016 to be a memorable year for Embraer.

During the third quarter of 2016, Embraer delivered 29 jets to the commercial aviation market, 38 per cent more than the same period of 2015. The company delivered 12 large executive jets, 33 per cent more than the same period in 2016. Yet, compared to 2015 the total executive deliveries fell about 17 per cent. Embraer’s firm order backlog totaled USD $ 21.4 billion.
