This Month I Have Mostly Been… “On SBOTY Duty…”

It’s been a bit of a quiet month forthe big Suzook, mostly as it’s been SBOTY time, as you may have already noticed earlier in the issue. This means that for the two weeks prior to the big event, it’s flat out every day on SBOTY duty – sorting everything from bike picks ups to making sure we’ve got enough cable ties and duct tape. Then post SBOTY it’s the clean-up operation, and it all takes up a lot of man hours, or emo-hours, if you’re Carl…
So my beloved Gixer was relegated to mostly commuting duties over the last month or so. Nothing wrong with that though; she may be one of the very best sportsbikes on the planet, but she has a wealth of usability about her. Doing the dreary one day, to whooping Italian exotica on track the next, it’s one near-perfect do-it-all machine.
