The D&G Fall-Winter 2018/19 Men’s Fashion Show in Milan was an unconventional yet innovative fashion show for the obvious reasons.

The Not So Perfect Model

First being, the drones carrying the bags of the latest Dolce and Gabbana collection down the ramp. Not only this but the renowned designer Alessandro Michele unveiled his Gucci Cyborg. It was surely a one of a kind fashion show yet it reflected the common notion about how technology and fashion are two industries which might appear to be rarely connected yet they are closely inbound and interactive.

The most popular example of the technology and fashion being the perfect partner in crime is the Instagram handle of the supermodel Shudu which is also known as Shudu.gram. The dark-skinned model has a following of 1,37,000 followers. The supermodel has recently gained attraction because of her beauty and an elegant appeal. The dark-skinned beauty has errant eyebrow hairs, tiny wrinkles which do not give out her age even if she is most probably in her mid to late 20's from South Africa. While her name is rather popular amongst the Nbedele people of South Africa.

Over a period of time, Shudu has been the talk of the town for multiple reasons. For starters, she has been in the limelight because of her appearance on the official account of the Fenty beauty, the makeup line of Rihana. Secondly and perhaps, more importantly, Shudu being an artificial being. Yes, you read it right, Shudu is not a real human but a digital model herself created by the British photographer Cameron James Wilson. In other words, Shudu is a mirage in the social world, a digital being, a computer-generated painting which has appealed millions. Wilson was the former photographer of the supermodel Gigi Hadid and hence he is well versed with the inside secrets of the modelling world. Wilson is a fairly popular photographer but when he came out as the creator of the Shudu in February 2018, he has been subjected as a topic of discussion for multiple reasons.
