Take Class Notes For An Empowered Year

October|November|December 2016

Many of you will be listening intently to your teachers and taking class notes as another school year begins, to stay on your academic “A” game. But have you thought about taking class notes from the multitude of other teachers in your life; your parents, grandparents, elders, friends, or notable personalities?

Take Class Notes For An Empowered Year

Many life lessons that can give you practical, inspiring and empow-ering advice are right within reach of you; outside of the classroom. As you strive to realize your dreams, there is a circle of people who have always extended faith in you and offered you wisdom and truth and compassion, as you climb each rung on the ladder of success. They are the ones who sit at the dinner table and make you smile over a delicious meal after you have had a challenging day.

They are the ones that get up in the darkness to drive to the track so that you can practice. They are the ones that are cheering for you even when you don’t hear their voices because they know what magnificent cloth you are cut from. They are also the people who are worth studying because their lessons and their resolve can propel you even further.

Take class notes about the storms your parents or grandparents have weathered.

Shofar Serious Voice

“I’m super excited to be able to finally share a piece of my heart with the world. Shofar is definitely just the beginning; however it addresses a few adult issues that are relevant and timely. It’s a great mix of Christian rap, pop and worship. There’s no way you can listen and not leave feeling different.”
