Sean And Michelle Set To Scale The Heights For Celtic FC Foundation
Celtic View
|Vol 53 Issue 42
SATURDAY, June 30 will see a huge group of Celtic supporters once again scale Britain’s highest mountain and perform a Huddle at 4,408 feet, as part of Celtic FC Foundation’s Ben Nevis Huddle 2018.
-
Among those taking part, will be father and daughter, Sean and Michelle Houston of Glenrothes, Fife. They spoke to us of their excitement ahead of the event.
Sean said: “We’ve been involved with Celtic FC Foundation’s fundraising efforts for a while now through a few different events. We’ve both taken part in the Cardenden Cycle as well as helping out at bucket collections.
“Charity is the reason that Celtic Football Club exists, so it’s great that Celtic FC Foundation plays such a prominent part of the club today.
“Taking part in Celtic FC Foundation’s events not only offers the opportunity to raise funds for a wonderful charity but it also gives us the chance to do something with other members of our supporters’ club, outwith the norm of going to the games.”
