No matter where you stand in this expansive and impressive bungalow, you will see a flourish of greenery, and that’s exactly how Rohit Suraj, Founder, and CEO of Urban Zen, planned the design of this home. Spread across 12,500sqft of land, we are drawn to its open-plan built.

To further enunciate the openness of this bungalow, Rohit championed three materials, wood, stone and concrete, to exacting effect. It must be said though, that wood has been used most generously of the three!
