The most common disorder seen among today's world is Insomnia. It is disorder which makes a person hard to fall asleep
It makes an individual to wake up too early and not able to get back to sleep.
Sleepiness during the day, fatigue, concentration or memory problem, Irritability or disturbed mood, behavioural issues are some of the major symptoms of insomnia.
Sedentary lifestyle, stress, anxiety, depression, irregular sleeping habits, jet lag, traumatic incidences, certain medications, after menopause, diabetes, cancer, hyperthyroidism and cardiovascular disease are possible causes of insomnia.
