Xerographica

If you're looking for a low-maintenance, eye-catching house plant to add impact to an indoor space, the 'king of air plants (Tillandsia xerographica) is a strong candidate. It grows without the need for compost, leaving you with endless possibilities when it comes to showing off the plant. The wide, wispy, greyish-green leaves will add a tropical twist to any room and can be shown off on ornamental driftwood, hanging planters, in terrariums and glass jars, or simply placed in a small pot filled with decorative stones.

Capable of growing to 90cm tall, an established plant will make a superb centrepiece and doesn't require too much TLC.
