Honey-glazed pork

Cantonese char siu

SERVES 3 PREP 5 mins plus 5 hrs marinating COOK 30 mins EASY

3 pork shoulder steaks (choose fattier steaks, if possible) cooked jasmine rice and steamed pak choi, to serve

1 spring onion, finely sliced, to serve
