Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban haven’t been seen together for nearly a month – and friends say the distance between them is a cause for concern.

Nicole has attended several events to promote her new movie The Goldfinch, while Keith has been on tour, but sources say even where there have been times he could have accompanied his wife of 13 years to the star-studded events, he’s chosen not to, preferring instead to hang out with his bandmates.

“Tensions between Nicole and Keith are at an all-time high right now,” a source tells Woman’s Day. “Nicole is livid with Keith for failing to attend any of the recent events she’s had – including the
