Rupert Everett and Piers Morgan didn’t exactly hit it off when they appeared on Comic Relief Does the Apprentice back in 2007. Actor Rupert walked off the show after one day and, recalling the experience years later in an interview, described the Good Morning Britain presenter as ‘pathological’ and ‘slobby and elephantine’.

So you’d imagine the usually fearless Piers might approach this week’s Life Stories interview with the veteran star of films including Another Country and My Best Friend’s Wedding with some trepidation!
