ROBIN WILLIAMS was murdered with a blood splattered knife found at the scene of his death, but blundering cops ignored it, along with other vital cues, and labeled the tragic comic’s end a suicide — letting his killers escape justice.

That’s the explosive conclusion of investigators who examined a slew of evidence and official reports from the 2014 “suicide” of the 63-year-old Mrs. Doubtfire star.

The investigators were shocked to discover ham-fisted police never checked the bloody knife and belt around Williams’ throat for fingerprints or DNA — and didn’t look into his financial situation or whether the former addict owed big money to dealers.

Sources say the bungled investigation smacks of a cover-up.

“What happens with police sometimes is things seem so obvious to them they rush to conclusions and they don’t bother checking everything out,” private investigator Vincent Parco tells GLOBE.
