LIVE! talk host Kelly Ripa is battling a bizarre mental condition that triggers a red-hot rage whenever she hears harmless noises people make when eating!

 “The sounds of swallowing and chewing make me insane,” she admits. “My gut reaction is to yell.”

Adds an insider: “It’s difficult for her to cope sometimes. Some of the guests on the show have driven Kelly to near madness with their fidgeting and foot-wagging, coffee-slurping and noisy exhales.
