Ready to feel inspired? Longtime trainer Bob Harper hosts USA’s hot new take on The Biggest Loser (premieres Jan. 28 at 9 p.m.), working alongside trainers Steve Cook and Erica Lugo. Together, the crew has one mission: to help 12 contestants create healthier lifestyles. “It’s not just about losing weight — it’s a wellness experience,” says Harper, 54, who had a health scare of his own in 2017, when the fitness expert suffered a heart attack. Harper had to completely change his life, and now he can “relate to the contestants more than ever,” he says. Us visited the gang on their New Mexico set to learn more.
